Our goal

US Bangla Career Center (UBCC) aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, on the public website and the learning platform.

What we do

Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
Text and buttons meet color-contrast rules, and text can be enlarged to 200% without breaking the page.
Images carry text descriptions; decorative drawings are hidden from screen readers.
Forms have clear labels and plain-language error messages.
English and Bangla are marked correctly so screen readers pronounce each language properly.
Pages are designed for small phone screens first.
Students who need it can ask their instructor for extra time or untimed practice.

Known limits we are working on

Some older videos do not have captions yet. New videos get English captions first, then Bangla where possible.
Some practice questions use maps and drawings; text descriptions are being added.
