Account and Sign-in Rules

Version 2026-10 · Applies to every account on the platform, including VerGo profiles. These rules are part of the Terms of Use.

1. One person, one account

Each account belongs to one real person. Use the name on your government ID so background checks can match it. Do not share your account, sell it, or let anyone sign in for you. Staff accounts are personal too: teachers and admins never share sign-ins.

2. Passwords

• At least 10 characters, up to 72. A short sentence you will remember is a good choice.
• We block common passwords, simple sequences and passwords that contain your name or email.
• Do not reuse a password from another website.
• Passwords are stored by our sign-in provider in scrambled (hashed) form. Nobody at US Bangla Career Center (UBCC) can see your password.

3. Two-step sign-in

Every sign-in has two steps:

1. Your password.
2. A one-time code. By default it is emailed to you and works once, for a short time. You can switch to an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy) in Sign-in and security. Teachers and admins must use an authenticator app.

New accounts confirm their email with a one-time code before they can be used.

We will never ask for your code. No one from US Bangla Career Center (UBCC) will call, text or email you to ask for a code or password. If someone does, it is a scam.

4. Pauses, sign-outs and devices

• After 5 wrong passwords or codes within 15 minutes, sign-in for that email is paused for 15 minutes. Repeated failures from one network are paused as well.
• You are signed out after 8 hours without activity. Sign out yourself when you use a shared or public computer.
• Changing or resetting your password signs you out on every other device.
• You can see your recent sign-in activity and sign out on every device from Sign-in and security.
• Every sign-in is assessed. A new device or network sends you an email alert with a "Lock my account" link. Passwords found in public data breaches must be replaced. Sign-ins from networks showing attack patterns are paused.
• Staff re-enter their authenticator code before sensitive changes, and every staff change is recorded permanently.
• Lost your phone with the authenticator app? Call 929-208-5700. We confirm your identity in person or by video before we reset it.

5. Exam and practice integrity

• Do your own work. Timed mocks must be taken alone, without notes, other people or AI tools.
• Do not copy, photograph, record, share or sell practice questions, answer keys or lesson materials.
• Do not use scripts, bots or extra accounts to raise scores or rankings.

6. VerGo truthfulness

• Everything you submit for a background check must be true and belong to you. Never upload altered or borrowed documents.
• Practice results show work done on US Bangla Career Center (UBCC) materials. They are not official civil service exam scores, and must never be presented as official scores.
• You decide who sees your VerGo: only you, people with your link, or the public. You can change this at any time.
• What VerGo never does: VerGo does not check immigration status or permission to work in the United States, does not collect Form I-9 documents or Social Security numbers, and is not connected to E-Verify or any government service. Employers must not use VerGo for those purposes.

7. Saathi, the AI coach

Saathi explains answers, suggests study plans and drafts text from your own evidence. It never changes scores or background checks. Review anything Saathi writes before you use it. Do not use Saathi during a timed mock.

8. Respect

Be respectful in teams, community posts and messages. No harassment, hate, threats, spam or sharing other people's personal information.

9. What happens if rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may give a warning, cancel scores or rankings, remove background checks from a VerGo profile, pause the account, or close it. Fraudulent documents may be reported to the organization that issued them.

10. Reporting a problem

If you think someone else has used your account, change your password, sign out on every device, and contact us at info@usabanglajobs.com or 929-208-5700. Please also report any security weakness you find on the platform to the same email.

11. Changes

When these rules change, the version number above changes and we tell you on the platform before the new version applies.
