Your account

Use your real name and keep your password private. One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell UBCC right away if you think someone else is using it.

Honest evidence

Your portfolio is only valuable because it is honest. Do your own exams and championship rounds. Upload only certificates you really earned. Log only study time you really spent. Do not use scripts, bots, shared accounts or other tricks to gain points. UBCC may review, correct or remove evidence and points, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Community rules

Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, advertising, or sharing other people's private information. Do not post real exam questions from DCAS, NYSTCE or other official exams. Staff may hide content and remove members who break these rules. Use Report to tell staff about a problem.

Content

UBCC videos, exams, questions and materials belong to UBCC or their owners and are for your personal learning only. Do not copy, sell or share them outside the platform. You keep ownership of what you post, and you allow UBCC to show it on the platform.

What the portfolio means

Your portfolio shows recorded learning activity and results, weighted by how each item was checked. It is not a license, a diploma or a promise of employment. Practice exams are not official exams and do not predict official results.

Changes and availability

We may change the platform, the scoring rules or these terms. We will tell you about important changes on the platform. We try to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

Privacy Policy

VerGo and background checks

VerGo shows a candidate's training, practice results and the background checks they chose to complete. VerGo does not check immigration status or employment eligibility, does not collect Form I-9 documents or Social Security numbers, and is not affiliated with E-Verify or any government agency. Practice results are not official civil service exam scores. Employers who view a VerGo profile must not use it to make decisions based on citizenship, national origin or immigration status.
